By downloading, installing, or using Raccoon Empire (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

4. In-App Currency and Rewards

• In-app coins are virtual currency with no guaranteed monetary value outside the App.
• Withdrawal of crypto rewards is subject to minimum thresholds and availability.
• We reserve the right to modify the exchange rate, withdrawal thresholds, and reward mechanics at any time.
• Fraudulent gameplay, botting, or abuse of referral systems will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of rewards.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral or reward systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Advertising

The App may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Interacting with ads is subject to the advertiser's terms and policies.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and any unclaimed rewards may be forfeited.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of rewards calculations, or continuous availability of withdrawal services. Crypto values are volatile and we make no financial guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitcoin Rewards Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of in-game coins or crypto rewards.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
